I was very happy with the service provided by Elizabeth, Ryan and Shelly. It was during a very difficult time in my life that I needed an attorney. I hired one that was trash and it was evident after our first meeting. I fired him and called Ryan based on Google reviews and I’m very glad I did. This might be a bit long but bare with me. I first contacted Ryan’s firm at a point in my life where all hope had been lost. I brought to him what seem to be an impossible task. I came from a small judge mental, bias community where I had been presumed guilty before I was even arraigned. I thought my fate had been set. My husband was convicted of a felony for 2nd degree sexual conduct of a minor he took an alford plea which meant he was sentenced to 25 years of probation. He had his probation transferred to New Mexico which meant he had to not only follow all restrictions from Minnesota but also from New Mexico. He was on the ankle monitor for almost 4 years which was not ordered by Minnesota but New Mexico required it. We decided to hire Ryan Garry's office over a year ago try and either get his conditions modified or released off of probation early. We ended up having 6 different court hearings and 2 different judges for this case and after every hearing it was frustrating until today when we had our last hearing and the amazing hard work that Elizabeth Duel and Ryan Garry did to get my husband released from probation is the best thing ever. There hardworking really paid off and now we can actually have a real life. Best lawyer ever! Ryan Gary did an outstanding job defending my son! My son was looking at mandatory prison with 10+ years over his head. Ryan was able to negotiate a lesser charge, get some charges dropped, and also get a downward departure for my son.
