At this time, I had settled on the B2 tourist visa, as I had read and heard stories of how difficult it was to secure work in the US and wasn't sure if I was eligible for the E3. I hired Andrew David as my immigration attorney to help me get my E-3 Visa. I had been on the OPT working visa but wanted help as I knew nothing about how to get the E-3. Andrew was always so prompt at getting back to me and made time to see me in his busy schedule. He always answered any questions I had thoroughly and clearly. After completing my graduate degree in the US I was still working on my student visa but looking to transition onto an E3.
