He takes each case seriously, offering realistic plans and executing them with the utmost precision. I was facing the possibility of a tarnished record, but Max skillfully negotiated an exceptional plea deal with the state. Even when the prosecutor tried to back out during pretrial, Max fought tirelessly, and we achieved outstanding results. Max is punctual, professional, and charismatic.

Caplan & Tamburino are rock star life savers! I had shocking accusations that led to me being arrested, violently, with a huge bail. Once my family contacted the firm, Hillary showed up like an angel and assured me the firm would protect me and get me out of jail. Joe, with his sharp thinking was able to get my bail significantly reduced - I was out of jail the next day. Unfortunately, my case was extraordinarily complex and involved speculative science and medicine. And, the county was playing hard and dirty (several times changing charges and claims). Regardless, Joe was able to find world class experts, and Hillary did immense research into the science of the claims and proved unequivocally that the charges didn't make any sense scientifically. The case went to trial, tho it never should have. Within 10 minutes of cross examination of the accuser Joe exposed both Brady and Giglio violations (that few other lawyers would have caught) - this led to a mistrial and eventually dropped charges. In fact, I was almost hoping the trial went longer so that Hillary could have exposed their fraudulent science. The firm was always immediately responsive, both the staff and the lawyers. Joe and Hillary were always considerate of my questions and statements about the case. The county was so aggressive that with another firm I likely could have lost most of my life to a hoax, Caplan & Tamburino fought hard and had multiple layers of defense - I cant recommend them any more highly than I do, they're the best.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the treatment my family and I received at Caplan Tamburino Law Firm. Our experience with Ronnie Santana, Attorney, was unprofessional and disrespectful. Upon our initial visit to the firm, my family member and I were met by Mr. Santana. We informed him that we were in need of legal representation, and while we were waiting, we were eager to hear about the case, potential outcomes, and any other relevant information. However, instead of engaging with us and addressing our concerns, Mr. Santana's immediate response was dismissive and focused solely on financial matters. He insinuated that people of color may not have the financial means to cover legal fees, showing a lack of professionalism and respect. Despite our reassurances that we were prepared to cover any associated costs, Mr. Santana continued to express doubt and skepticism. After leaving us waiting for several minutes, he returned only to reiterate his concerns about payment, completely disregarding the nature of our legal issues and our interest in discussing the case further. As someone who has worked extensively within the Twin Cities community and collaborated with numerous legal professionals, I was appalled by Mr. Santana's behavior. His assumptions and treatment of us based on our ethnicity were not only unwarranted but also deeply offensive. It is disappointing to encounter such blatant discrimination and lack of professionalism from a reputable law firm. I strongly urge Caplan Tamburino Law Firm to address and rectify this issue to ensure that all clients are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background.
