Jon Represented us in an eviction case against 5 of our tenants. It was a difficult case due to the fact that they were paying rent but had multiple lease violations. The tenants had become disruptive to our civil servants and neighbors (to name a few infraction), action had to be taken. He was informative, professional, swift, clear and concise in action. Upfront and honest. Always worked towards our goals but presented many options. We as anyone wanted to spend as little as possible. Jon gave us first and foremost the options that would best fit this criteria for us and then presented what the next steps may be. We had a difficult case and in the end Jon was able to obtain the eviction before going to court. As landlords and the homeowner I was so thankful to have Jon working for us. We would not have been able to evict these tenants with out him. I would encourage anyone who has trouble tenants contact Jon. I am writing this specific review regarding a phone consultation I was afforded by one of this firm's lawyers (which I can unfortunately not remember his name at the moment). I was questioning if my rights had been violated by my employer. My case is complicated by many factors, of which I will not go into here. The lawyer I spoke to did a very comprehensive review of the situation, asking me important questions and thoroughly explaining everything I needed to know about the law as it pertains to my case. I was so impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and attitude. I had just talked to another lawyer about a half hour prior to our phone call, and the difference between their legal acumen and professionalism was night and day. I have not been represented by this firm yet, but I definitely will choose their services if and when I need them. There is a reason why their partners have been named "SuperLawyers," and I fully believe their legal fees would be well worth it.
