My wife and I had the unfortunate luck of trying to get her a green card right before the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. For nearly two years Caroline and her amazing assistant Jennifer helped us with our case. Throughout all the changing paperwork, tax transcript delays and last minute questions, they treated us with extreme professionalism and kindness. They somehow managed to maintain the patience of saints while simultaneously herding cats. I'm sure the outbreak and the delays which caused our case to require extra work and years of emails left little room for much profit, but they never once brought up the topic of changing our fee agreement, and indeed exceeded the work and attention they were required to give.
