Right from the start, it was evident Phil cared about my wellbeing, not just the potential of my case. Phil is the perfect balance of compassionate, knowledgeable and aggressive. He was so patient with me, going over things multiple times over many months. I never felt pushed, only supported. Phil worked with Brian Rochel on my case when I was wrongfully terminated by a long-time employer. It was an unpleasant work environment for years, so, there were a lot of terribly upsetting situations that came up in discovery. Phillip was amazing!!! Very professional, highly motivated to help me win discrimination/sexual harassment mediation. Phillip is very intelligent, down to earth, and a wonderful person, that genuinely strives to bring justice to those people who have been sexually harassed.
