She did a firearm rights restoration for me she made it very easy and simple and we won the case highly recommend I've dealt with many lawyers in my day at least 10 and she was one of the best not just because we won the case but because of her commitment and knowledge

Ryan Garry took my case and made me feel like I was a top priority. Each time I called his office, I was cordially greeted by his assistant, Shelly. Ryan let me know what to expect each step of the way. He worked hard on presenting me in the best image possible for my defense. He defended me, and was able to get me a great deal in the resolution of my case. Let me ask you a question, "if you haven't contacted Ryan Garry, are you even trying to win your case?" Ryan will take charge, and make solid results happen for you and your family.

Ms. Torgerson has exceeded my expectations in all of my cases. One in particular, the police had me dead to rights looking at a 48 or 60 month prison sentence. We ended in a plea agreement for some house arrest and probation. Whew what a relief. About 10 or so years after when I successfully clear probation, it was time for my 2A rights. Who do you think I called? That's right, Lynne. Who once again won my case and as of recently won a 2A rights case for my friend who I sent to her. She is a badass lawyer who gets badass results. Don't hesitate to call her if you want your freedom.

Great attorney and his assistant Shelly is also amazing. This was my first time having to deal with a criminal issue and it was related to me being a Permit to Carry holder. I made a mistake and he was able to get them to not even charge me 😁. Highly recommend!!

I was seeking an expungement to have my gun rights restored. I was lucky enough to have found the best 2nd Amendment attorney in Minnesota and one of the best in the country. Ms. Torgenson has the credentials, knowledge and experience combined with a level of professionalism and drivenness that’s rarely seen today. I ensure you that if you’re looking for a criminal defense attorney that specializes in gun rights restoration that Ms. Torgenson is your attorney. The confidence and peace of mind knowing you have the best attorney working for you is priceless and she proved that by winning my expungement. From me and my family, Thank you Ms. Torgenson.

In 2021 I contacted Lynn Torgerson for her thoughts on my situation. After a lengthy phone conversation she all but assured me I had a good chance at getting my record expunged. I did my due diligence and started some research. Seems most who hire her are very pleased with the results she produces. So I hired her. The initial meeting went well and I produced everything she asked for. She was courteous and honest in her opinions and expectations. She was also very confident in her abilities which only encouraged me even more. I paid the bill and performed all the tasks she asked of me. Then it was just a waiting game. Thanks to Covid court was via zoom, which I hate, but that wasn't her fault. Initially she was late and I became rather concerned. When the judge asked if I was representing myself I told her no, that Mrs. Torgerson was having some difficulty logging in, which was what she had texted me. After logging in it appeared that she had just rolled out of bed and I felt a bit embarrassed. At one point the judge cut her off and asked her to get to the point and make her case. Several minutes went by as she fumbled with papers and again I got nervous. It felt to me like she wasn't prepared. But she recovered and finished strong. A month later the judge ruled in our favor and I was extremely happy. I called Mrs. Torgerson to congratulate her on winning and she informed me it wasn't quit over yet as everyone needed to sign off on it yet, and that could take up to 90 days. So again I wait patiently. At about the 80 day mark I contacted her again because I couldn't remember the date the decision was made. I knew it was getting close though. She sent me an email that read, "time is not up". That's all, nothing more. I thought it was rather rude, but then thought maybe she's having a bad day and is really busy. So I let it go. 90 days come and nothing. At 91 days I contact her again leaving a voice mail. Then I get a text from her saying "Mr. D*****, I responded with an email a few days ago. I will notify you at the appropriate time. Thank you for your patience." Again I felt it was rude and I'm just looking for help in wondering what to expect. I realize she may be busy. But offering to look into it, or asking me to wait just a few more days I think would've been a better response. So I go and look deeper into her reviews. Most are overwhelmingly positive. And mine was also until recently. But I noticed that the negative ones are all customer service related. This is no coincidence. She then called me and proceeded to tell me that I just need to be patient and that she told me three times that time wasn't up. She was beyond rude that I just needed to hang up on her before I said something I would regret. Would I recommend Mrs. Torgerson? For me the answer would be no. She is competent and I feel does her job well. But when it comes to customer service skills she is definitely lacking and needs lots of work. So if that is really important to you, then I suggest you look elsewhere. If you can live with that, then I would say she will get the job done and is a good attorney and you should get the results you're looking for. So moral of the story is buyer beware. If I had to do it all over again I would most assuredly hire someone else.

This review is based off my phone call with Lynne. Really NOT impressed. She texted me multiple times - never responded as to when I should call. She called me at 7:45PM when I was at home with my pups. She didn’t ask if I had time to talk and also didn’t seem to look at my entire email which included ALL the information that I was calling about. I set down my dinner and I had to provide her with all that information over the phone because she either didn't read the entire email or it didn’t go through. She was aggressive. Rude. Impersonal. My dog starting playing with a squeaky toy for hardly a few seconds and before I could exit the room Lynne was scolding me over the phone about being someplace quiet. REALLY?? YOU called me, unplanned and unscheduled, without asking if I actually had time to discuss anything. Then you talk to me like I’m a toddler? Yuck. No. Seems like she has a habit of acting this way looking at her other poor reviews. Also, she quoted me quite a bit higher than other attorneys I’ve talked to (they weren’t rude or all high and mighty either!). It’s funny because she is the one that is trying to sell her services to me!! Not the other way around. I will be hiring someone else clearly. ***First, last, and ONLY reply (as she’s wasted enough of my time) to Lynne’s response on my review. I don’t know why you are so focused on the name on my Google profile? I’m allowed to have it set however I’d like. Also, why does that matter? No one needs to know why I contacted you as it’s private. I’m not going to air my dirty laundry on a review. After all, it’s irrelevant so stop trying to make this about something it’s not. Why I contacted you and who I am has NOTHING to do with this review. That’s irrelevant information to the public as you already know. Also, I was going to provide screenshots with the SIX text messages you sent over a 43 minute time frame but to protect YOUR number and privacy - I didn’t. Also, as an attorney, you should know better than to post someone’s number who contacted you for something confidential. Yes, You absolutely called me first - at 7:45 PM. I returned your phone call almost immediately at 7:49PM because after your phone call you texted me TWICE to call you. So I did and we talked for 10 minutes which was a waste of time. You keep saying “FREE” but you couldn’t pay me to have that conversation with you again. Also, every other attorney I’ve called scheduled a FREE CONSULTATION with me before calling. You can go about it however you want to go about it but it is what it is and we both know the truth. People can believe whatever they want and you can say whatever you want to make yourself feel better about the situation. What sort of attorney calls known facts “baseless”? Hmmm. HIGHLY unprofessional. Sincerely, Miranda
