Cianna Halloran outdid herself at this Law firm! She has now represented both of my businesses from business start ups, to legal disputes between clients. I would highly recommend Berman Law Services. The first contact with Evan was after I left a message requesting advice about a franchised agreement. He called me from the airport to provide me with some advice. He showed me right there how much he is compromising with his clients. I had to call him back a second time about the sublease. He gave an overview of the situation and his personal opinion. In our conversation, I felt he is very passionate about what he does, believes in, and devotion to making things right. A savvy legal mind ready to help
I called Evan Berman for assistance with contract entanglement with real estate contracts and he was fantastic, focused on the bottom line of untangling a mess. Thank you, you might want to call him with help to understand what you are signing before you sign. Trust is an expensive luxury when it comes to contracts.

Evan is the “Better Call Saul” of biz lawyers! Haha. Jokes aside, Evan is an amazing attorney. He was unbelievably thorough with what we thought would be an easy business deal, and was more concerned about protecting us over carelessly racking up hours. His rates were very fair, and I am very satisfied with all the language and content of the APA he prepared and associated documents. We had the pleasure of meeting him for lunch since we conducted this deal remotely and it was truly great to meet him. We look toward to working with Evan again on our next deal.
