I was on the verge of losing my x-ray license and had to attend a hearing, in Saint Paul, MN. A friend and co-worker, who was in similar situation, did some research and found Patrick. After hiring him, she gave me his information. After talking to him and much pray, I too hired Mr. Burns. What a bless decision. He and his paralegal(Colleen) were very supportive, honest and available to me as they help me prepare for my hearing. Even though I lived in Montgomery Alabama, I never had any problems talking with him about my case. When I flew to Saint Paul for my hearing, he met me at his office and gave me the run down of how he plan to represent me. The only promise he made me was that he would put forth max effort to defend me. At hearing, he vigorously advocated for me at my hearing. The hearing took place in October 2016 and in November of 2016, the licensing board allowed me keep my license. I credit that decision to my faith in God and Mr. Patrick R Burns. I would recommend him, whole heartily to anyone who needed an excellent lawyer. He truly been blessing for me and my family.

I contacted Pat Burns a year or two ago. I had been calling tons of lawyers due to my current (at that time attorney) was way out of line in regards to ethics and Legal malpractice. However, Pat went way out of his way at no cost to me doing some research and provided me with some referrals out of state as my case was out of state. After about 1 year and no other attorney was willing to take my already messed up case I contacted Pat Burns again, as the last lawyer I was going to contact before having to make some very difficult choices thanks to my (former) attorney. Pat was so frustrated with my attorney and the terrible face he put on Pat Burns chosen career field. Pat chose to assist me even though Pat was well aware of the fact I was not rich and Pat most likely would be assisting me close to a Pro Bono rate. Barbara recently helped my husband obtain permanent residency in the United States. I cannot speak highly enough of her constant efficiency, thoroughness, and promptness during the whole process. What I had anticipated being a tedious and lengthy undertaking ended up being pleasantly manageable and straightforward with all of Barbara's professional help and guidance. Pat was very professional in handling our situation. We were dealing with a timely, immediate need and he made it easy to communicate back and forth with him multiple times (phone, email and in person). Pat seemed to be one step ahead of us in the process and brought different insight for us to consider to resolve our situation. He made us comforable during the process easier to understand. I hired Barbara to help process a green card application that had come current. Before officially having her represent me, we had a meeting to discuss our case. She was extremely responsive to all questions and concerns, and willing to meet speak to me anytime i had questions. She walked me through the process and filed the forms on my behalf. I received emails regularly whenever there was an update of my case, which she monitored regularly. There was never any delay in the process from her end, so I was grateful for the efficient process. Finally, she also came with me for the interview, and was well prepared with additional information requested by the interview officer. Highly recommended
