I've waited over 6 and a half years for a mesh lawsuit. I feel totally ripped off and mcsweeney will probably see more money than I'll ever see from my case. I have called for updates but always was treated with disrespect. Never use these lawyers. I repeat NEVER USE these lawyers.

My experience has been nothing but pleasant! I worked directly with Dave Langevin and also Mark Brandenburger. Both men seemed genuinely interested in my best interest. There was some unusual circumstances with my case so I was able to settle within 2 years, which is typical or even considered a short time period considering injuries. Plus they were able to negotiate a settlement offer for the outstanding medical bills and out of the blue I received a second settlement/Blessing!! I would definitely recommend this law firm!!

This law firm has took our case for two years... throughout the two years we have still not heard Anything in regarding our Wrongful death lawsuit case for the IVC filter claim. Then we called the month of December 2017 and left a message saying they didn’t have the decency to call us back regarding our lawsuit... then very quickly we got a letter in the mail from McSweeney/Langevin law firm saying they can no longer represent us for our case but they do advise that that does not mean we do not have a claim... so the end result of this lawsuit case with The Law firm of Mcsweeney/Langevin was if you leave a message wondering why are you not calling back giving updates???, of what is going on for several months then if you leave a message that you’re not satisfied, they will drop your case plain and simple. We are now going to have to find another law firm( Tracy and fox law firm in Dallas Texas).

I take back the rude things I said about this firm I based my negative comments on others opinions they contacted me back and clarified everything and they are continuing helping my case my apologises to this Lawfirm I ask that everybody needing help just be patient they made it a poijnt even against my rude comments they forgave and shows alot about this firm. Thank you McSweeney Lawfirm your much needed.

In my opinion, they are the worst lawyers.I got worst settlement ever. In the future if I need a lawyer I will get a real one.
