I hired these attorneys mcsweeney and Langevin in 2014 from MN, they encouraged me to believe that I had a good solid case that would award me relief from the pain and suffering I endured with a mesh implant that caused me severe pain and a hysterectomy in 2012. I was just informed by them after waiting from 2014 until now October 2022 that my case was closed with no relief what so ever in a rude conversation with another attorney from their firm that they hired on the phone with out ever contacting me in writing or by themselves!! Shame on this firm!! Do not hire these attorneys! They are not truthful and they probably collected my money from my case an pocketed it! I’m still suffering from this procedure and the could care less while living large in MN!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!! They are liars and hide behind the scenes of their firm!!! G.N. case # 14-10247

Drake Metzger did a superb job on my somewhat complex case and was able to secure the best outcomes possible in the circumstances. The minute he agreed to take on my case, I felt tremendous support, comfort, and ease. It was like having your older brother helping you to deal with the bullies on the street! Drake sets clear and realistic expectations and does not make overly or "padded" promises, and he's 100% committed to you. During the final stage of pre-trial and at trial, my case was extremely high-paced, involving a series of quick but consequential decisions; and Drake was thinking on his feet and was a fountain of ideas and tactics. He is very articulate and convincing when arguing your case. His witness questioning skills are superb. At trial, he would get to the crust of an argument, corner the witnesses for the prosecution with cogent, tough questions, and set up his questioning scheme in a way that would lead to the desired implications for the defense. He would come up with an in-depth 360-degree analysis of all the evidence and facts from various viewpoints, including the defendant, the judge and the prosecutor, and he would provide a most helpful and sincere piece of advice. Drake is a talented negotiator, constantly interacting with the prosecution and making timely and effective motions to the judge in the interest of the client--that's what he did for me and Boy was he helpful!

This law firm is in contact with information and status regularly with my law suit. I am happy with the team that I have had contact with from day one.

This lawyer was empathetic and proactive. He was always available for questions, and had quick responses to missed calls. His knowledge of law was interpreted well, making it easy to understand the process of everything. He was always willing to discuss issues and was honest through the entire process. Overall, great experience given the circumstances of needing a defense lawyer.

I've waited over 6 and a half years for a mesh lawsuit. I feel totally ripped off and mcsweeney will probably see more money than I'll ever see from my case. I have called for updates but always was treated with disrespect. Never use these lawyers. I repeat NEVER USE these lawyers.

Drake was able to see me within a day of me contacting him, he was professional and available through the entire process, and most importantly he was available and replied to voicemail as soon as he possibly could. Got me a pretty good deal all things considered as well. Fingers crossed I don't need his services again but I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Drake was hired to provide a will and health care directives for my husband and I. He is a thoughtful attorney who is mindful of the sensitivity of issues when dealing with end of life questions. I would not hesitate to hire Drake again for any type of family law issue.

My experience has been nothing but pleasant! I worked directly with Dave Langevin and also Mark Brandenburger. Both men seemed genuinely interested in my best interest. There was some unusual circumstances with my case so I was able to settle within 2 years, which is typical or even considered a short time period considering injuries. Plus they were able to negotiate a settlement offer for the outstanding medical bills and out of the blue I received a second settlement/Blessing!! I would definitely recommend this law firm!!
