It is not about having the right case nor having the right firm to represent you, but having the right individual lawyer(s) to fight your battle will give you the chance you need. My case was against an insurance company that had denied our settlement offer, even though all evidence clearly showed the extent of the injuries were from the negligence of the defendant. Do not let insurance companies bully you when all you know is the truth. Insurance companies will lie and hire doctors to lie under oath. Is it your duty to find the right lawyer(s) to shine some light on the truth. When dealing with big companies like insurance companies, you need to stand your ground and keep fighting. At the end, the insurance company had it coming. They wished they would’ve taken our offer, which was about 7% of what the judgment came out to be. I am grateful to my lawyer(s) and grateful that I now have the funds for my future care. It has been such a pleasure working with Mr. Eric Palmer.

Rachel Smith and Josh Tuchscherer were a amazing team!! They fought for me and were kind, caring, professional but most important understanding and made sure my needs were meet. They walked me through every step, explained things in detail even came to hospital to meet with me. I was scared and worried about what the future would hold for me, worried over bills ect. I highly recommend Dan Guerrero as a criminal defense attorney. Very knowledgeable, honest, and confident. Dan is every prosecutor’s worst nightmare. He knows when to engage them in discussion and when not to. My case lasted a little over a year and a half. Throughout the case, I have emailed Dan over 200 times; asking questions about my case, and he had replied in a timely manner, every single time. He never complained about my questions. My son suffered a significant birth injury that requires life long treatment and care. I felt that this was due to negligence and decided to seek a lawyer. In the beginning, Rachel lacked the ability to communicate the process. I ended up being ghosted by her, so decided to leave a review. After the review had been seen, I was contacted by her. They finally got a move on it and asked that I remove my review. After an entire YEAR of waiting on them (and again, a serious lack of communication on Rachel’s part) and their “expert opinion” I was called only to be told that they don’t want to take the case, but that maybe another lawyer at a different firm might. Valuable time was wasted, where we could have taken a different approach to help my son had they been upfront in the beginning. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience and a years waste of time. I can’t help but feel it was intentional to drag this out, because she didn’t like my original review. Typical fishy, money hungry lawyer.

I had a fairly complicated case when I initially met Eric Palmer. During the process my family and I were hit by a drunk driver complicating both cases. Eric was able to work his way through both cases for substantial settlements. No amount of money is worth what we went through, but if you have the right attorney the process is pretty easy. I was in a very serious car accident in September 2019. While going through a green light I was t boned on the driver's side of my car by a distracted driver which resulted in my car flipping over and sliding across the intersection upside down. Needless to say I was seriously injured and taken by ambulance to the hospital. The first 2 to 3 weeks after tha accident were horrible.
