The attorney representing me on this automobile related case was Eric Palmer. Eric is very thorough, professional and persistent. He continued to push for a fair and proper settlement to recover lost expenses not covered by typical auto insurance related processes. It took some time but it was worth the wait. Gus is the best. Wont lie to you. He will tell you how things are. What he thinks and he is VERY good at what he does. I reached out to him on a holiday weekend and he took the time to talk to me and explained my rights ands guided me to protect my rights. If you think you've been wronged by a employer in a accident. If your not comfortable with the outcome of a action against you your instinct is likely right. Call gus. At least you'll know your rights after the first call.

From the beginning when I lay down my case Gus Nicklow and his team didn’t hesitate to take mine head on.I was severely injured in a vehicle accident due to a drunk driver with no insurance coverage without proper valid driving license.How complicated it was I was informed with Gus about how the case was going almost on daily basis.He make sure that my medical bills were paid and other expenses too like traveling to treatment and so on.Finally my case was settled and I’m glad to say that it was not bad at all.Thanks a lot for a lawyer and his team who cares about his client and treated one like a family member.

My mother had a lockdown slip and fall at a McDonald's, no brainer Lindsay Carpenter should be selling shoes at Macy's... The worst communication and lawyering that I have ever seen, don't let the name meshbasher and spence fool you... She was terrible, talk about not representing my 82-year-old mom, she represented the insurance company and was in bed with them, never ever ever hire this law firm, lazy lazy lazy and did not do their job properly and you know it Lindsay! Grew up in the twin cities and heard the name meshbesher and Spence thought it was a great law firm, not, they quit in the first quarter!, Leaving my mom out to dry with a lot of medical bills when it was really just to follow through case, very very disappointed in that law firm and would highly recommend that nobody ever ever use this law firm! I could go on and on and give you examples of their lack of communication and care, WE MADE A HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!!!
