They return calls and emails in a very short amount of time. The lawyers represent you at a fair price. They can set up a payment plan on a sliding scale. They work with you financially. The attorneys are not afraid to go to trial, if trial is your best or only option. If you have lost faith in your existing attorney during a legal matter, if the other side plays games and acts in bad faith, these attorneys aren't afraid to take over and seek justice for you. This is an office that relates to and represents clients from all walks of life.

Having had the privilege of Mr. Gerald Miller as my attorney was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was charged with DUI and Careless driving. As we've made our way through the process, Gerry has been very personable, knowledgeable, professional and helped me understand all angles of a situation I never thought I'd be in -and certainly didn't know anything about. He was able to get the DUI charge dropped, which has completely changed my life in regards to what I thought was something along the lines of impending doom in this situation. Gerald Miller law has been as good as advertised. I got myself in DWI trouble on a vacation in Brainerd. It was my second in ten years and I blew a .18 which is considered double therefore they seized my new truck which I had only made one payment. Gerald drove back and forth from mpls. to Brainerd to handle 3 charges: state, criminal and forfeit of vehicle. I got truck back and the minimum of sentencing. Gerald also helped me with personal things that came up like towing vehicle, intoxilizers, classes etc. I highly recommend you use this firm if you get into any trouble! Jim Greenwood

Somewhat helpful but didn't really provide any direction.

What can I say about this man, as a client not one time Gerald made me feel like I was just his client. I felt more like his friends or his family even though I've never seen him in person. If you want a lawyer that will go to work for you just like he would for himself or any of his relatives pick Gerald Miller. He understood my situation and what I needed to achieve. I could potentially keep my job with what this great individual did for me. My misdemeanor DWI was dropped to a speeding ticket. Thank you Jerry!

Most amazing attourney and experience ever!!! Gerald Miller and Robert Foley have helped me immensely. They reduced a 30 day Jail sentence to a 12 day home electronic Monitoring. They have been their throughout my whole process, answering questions and giving me advice. With out them, I would have been in deep trouble.
