I realize there was a pandemic, but I felt like the communication from my attorney was poor. On several occasions I was told I would receive a Communication on a certain date and that date would come and go without communication. It was on me to follow up with my attorney to get the information I desired. I would not use Gerald miller again with any legal issues.
**edit. Spoke with my attorney and discovered any delays that were seen were due to the prosecutor and not a Gerald miller attorney. I have increased my rating**

Eric is super reliable, even after all these years he's always there if you need him. Super smart guy who helps you through a tough divorce, by making sure you fully understand the process. Especially, if you're a young Dad who doesn't know a thing. Hire him, you won't be disappointed!

I wanna clarify that the previous review I left (1 star) was an accident. I did not receive any notifications that I had posted this review. I want to say that I am thankful that the office reached out to me to let me know so I could correct this issue. I have never been in contact with Eric C. Nelson’s office before. My apologies to the firm, I wish I was notified about this sooner so I could’ve corrected it immediately. I hope that this serves as a resolution to the problem. Thank you.

No one expects to ever be in a situation where you have to speak with any kind of an attorney. However with that being said please speak with Mr. Nelson with peace of mind. Extremely professional, extremely helpful, and just over all an amazing person who clearly takes pride in helping others.

Eric was my divorce lawyer in a case that needed determination, persistency, knowledge of the matter, and the ability to work with an opposing party that was making things difficult.
