E sido cliente de W.L.G por varios años y en el último año realmente me an decepcionado, en Mayo tramité mi permiso como otras veces, pero esta vez fue diferente porque pagué por el servicio y nunca se procesó mi aplicación porqué la supuesta llamada del asistente para la entrevista que te asen (proceso para poder renovar mi permiso) nunca llegó, sino semanas después que tuve que llamar para presentar por el estado de mi aplicación ósea que pague por un servicio y tal servicio nunca se procesó y a causa de eso mi permiso llego semanas después del día de su vencimiento siendo que yo me contacte con la abogada cuatro meses antes de que se venciera. Y hoy tres meces después me llegó una factura de $ la cual tuve preguntas al llamar la persona que me atendió con un tono burlón se refirió a mi preguntas como “ preguntas poco inteligentes”( con un tono burlón ) y después de esa llamada recibí tres email insistiendo que debo de pagar mi factura “ pero real mente no me queda claro porque se me está cobrando al parecer unas copias y el FedEx sale arriba de $100 al rato van a contar asta por los papers clips. Será la última ves que uso sus servicios y probablemente su staff requiera un entrenamiento de cómo tratar al cliente. Aparte de ser poco profesionales son groseros.
