Like everyone said.. Brittany bakken doesn't response back. I waited so many months and even called back but no response. The receptionists were very helpful trying to help me get a hold of Brittany but of course she doesn't pick up their calls too. Very very disappointed. Get your help from someone else please.

Kelsey Allen was professional,prompt and very helpful and demonstrated great communication skills with my husband's residency progress. She was always updating me along the way which provided me a lot of reassurence especially during this pandemic.
