Like everyone said.. Brittany bakken doesn't response back. I waited so many months and even called back but no response. The receptionists were very helpful trying to help me get a hold of Brittany but of course she doesn't pick up their calls too. Very very disappointed. Get your help from someone else please.

Kelsey Allen was professional,prompt and very helpful and demonstrated great communication skills with my husband's residency progress. She was always updating me along the way which provided me a lot of reassurence especially during this pandemic. We appreciate everything she did to help my family and highly recommend her and this company when you need to feel like someone is in your corner especially in these uncertain times.

They never pick up the phone..

Was referred to a lawyer at this law firm specifically Suzanne Coberstein. I have to say that she sold me a very convincing solution to my case for $3500! I have seen people with difficult cases get more results. I had another lawyer who basically just had me waiting, so I decided to try a different lawyer. She won't sell you a "it's not a guarantee" but she sure makes it sound like she is connected and that you defiantly have a chance. We gathered everything! All they did was write an affidavit and had me sign a couple of forms, they asked the court if the were willing to open my old deportation case, which was close to impossible, I didn't even have to go anywhere, but like I said they sell it good. $3500! Just for that! And then her response is well, the only thing you can do is wait! She knew this, ahead of time, she knew the likelihood that after 20+ yrs they would not reopen the case, but she was willing to take the money. I could've done that myself and saved money, just ask immigration a question and write them a letter asking for sympathy. All I have to say for those of you out there, unless you have an easy straight forward case and are willing to pay a pretty expensive fee, don't use this law firm. There are good lawyers who yes are expensive and there are the ones that are just there for the money and sell you false hope. Oh and by the way, what other reviewers said is true, she gets upset and starts raising her voice at you, of course she already took your money she doesn't care.
