After doing significant research I was recommended to see Kelly by another very incredible lawyer. Kelly is thorough, clear, and her expertise in the law goes beyond defending clients as she has actually helped write some of the new expungement laws in Minnesota. She is an expert in her field and an amazing human being to work with. Her work was very quick, efficient, and simple. I needed an attorney for a MN case but I am living in NYC and she was able to communicate with me extremely clearly over email, facetime, phone calls. So grateful to have worked with Kelly and would recommend 100% !

Kelly was my lawyer for a case i was looking to get expunged from the start you could tell Kelly was very knowledgeable on expungement cases. I had to do nothing besides provide Kelly with background information on me and she did the rest putting together a very nice packet of information. Had our hearing and she did everything I didn't have to say a word. My case was expunged and Kelly followed up 60 days later letting me know that everything had been sealed.

I hired Kelly after an exhaustive search and interview process. What ultimately had me settled on Kelly is here exceptional knowledge, commitment to go to trial if that were in my best interest, and her genuine concern for getting me cleared of all charges. She worked tirelessly and brought the entire process all the way to trial. She was complimented by the judge and even prosecutor on her excellent presentation in court. I could not be happier with my choice!
