Don't use them unless you really really really are in need!

Walker and Walker Law Offices did what we hired them for. What was really great about them is that they have been here for us even after their services were complete. They let us know that if we need certain things in the future that they would be there for us if we needed them regarding the aftermath of our case. That is what really made me happy with their service because it made it seem like they care. That type of service seems hard to find these days.

Don't look for help

Not very good information before my court date. I ended up having to pay a lot of extra money to the trustee based on advice given to me by my paralegal. Was not very well informed of what to expect.

When i was 20yrs.old-1990. i went to Curris Walker about chapter 13, paid him $50. I wasn't sure about who i owed, thinking i would get help figuring it out, i was told to bring a list, and i said i wasn't sure how to find that out. I felt i was getting no where, i asked for my money back, since Curtis couldn't help me. He told me no, he was keeping it as a retainer. Since then everytime i see his commercials, i think of how much he took advantage of me.

My case was not at all easy, the bankruptcy judge in Mankato was an idiot at best. Unfortunately I was mislead by Mr Walker and told it shouldn't be an issue. End run I have a 6K lien on my property in Minnesota. Mr Paul Bucher needs to brush off the law books and read them.
