The personal attention to me as a client was second to none. I looked for a local bankruptcy attorney and Walker & Walker showed up on the list. It was a most fortuitous selection. Bankruptcy is not an easy option, and can be an emotionally charged situation, but from the get-go, I was treated sympathetically as a valued client, given solid and useful information about the process and what to expect at all stages. I was provided with a booklet about bankruptcy and afforded a personal phone counselling session. At all times, I was dealt with in a totally friendly and professional fashion. Andrew Johnson was the initial attorney who guided me through the first stages, advised me about how to protect what few assets I had and coached me through the steps I had to take. At the paralegal stage, Leah Malone was first rate, knowledgeable and helpful. She was fantastic. Jay Rodriguez helped me to collect and submit all the supporting documentation in preparation for the filing. Without him, I may have omitted important information. In the final stage, Richard Lee stood by me when I met with the trustee ensuring that there were no surprises. Andrew Walker's videos gave me a clear understanding of the process, what to expect, the consequences of bankruptcy and what comes after. I am now in an excellent position to begin building back my credit - a process that I have already started as Andrew has advised. The initial "downward blip' in my credit score has already been returned to close to pre-bankruptcy levels. I cannot stress enough how excellent the Walker & Walker attorneys and staff are and if you are considering the bankruptcy option, you can do no better than appoint this firm as your legal representatives.
