Very good service

I sought legal representation after trying to get on Social Security (several times) on my own with no luck. They accepted my case initially. We made it to scheduling my court date about 2 weeks ago, and today I received a letter in the mail by Mr. Livgard stating "after reviewing your file and the information we received, I find that I will be unable to help you with your claim. I decline to represent you on your case with Social Security benefits. However, I do recommend that you seek the opinion of another attorney." I am curious as to what changed. I find it unethical to decline representation of a client without giving a reason as to why. I understand why someone wouldn't, but the reasoning doesn't mean that it's ethical. When a client is seeking representation, they are seeking advocacy because navigating the world of SSI benefits is excruciatingly daunting, invalidating and dehumanizing when doing it alone. Losing representation from a lawyer adds to the burden of stress. This experience has been disheartening to say the least.

I just have to make this one statement, when I selected "Good Quality" Most professional businesses are not great at feedback, especially lawyers...lol, NOT LIVEGARD AND LLOYD each time I called Livegard and Lloyd and not being able to actually talk to the Attorney I was seeking..but u better believe within a few hours after leaving my brief message my questions were answered with sincerity. "GREAT QUALITY". You all are such a GREAT team that fight for those that are not able. THANK U THANK U so much again, I wish you all great health and happiness 😊.
