I didn't receive the help needed. They withdrew due to inaccurate and misunderstood information based on their own assumptions and refused to respond to clarify further. If they would have responded they would have understood that the things they found to be an issue would have actually helped my case because it is a part of my disability. Not responding and assuming was very unprofessional.

Stephanie was really great to work with on my disability claim! She was very knowledgeable in what we needed to do to prove my case (That we ended up WINNING BTW!!) She also gets VERY thorough and you know she's actually read through your medical files! She was always great about getting back to me quickly, whether it was an email or a phone call. They took the weight off my shoulders and gave me confidence and a sense of peace about my case.
