I highly recommend Traci Capistrant and Capistrant Law if you need representation for a high conflict divorce case. I am so very grateful to Traci and her whole team for the enormous amount of excellent work, communication, patience and care that they put into my case. Traci has represented me for the past 6 years, and done an exceptional job. My case has been extremely long, complicated, messy, frustrating and difficult. Through it all, I have been so impressed with Traci's ability to listen well, remain focused and take action. She is kind and caring, gives good advice and is an excellent attorney. Traci is an all-around extraordinary woman, she from the very beginning took the time to understand the particulars of my case and advised me with the best possible outcomes at every turn. Being represented by her confidence and strength, I overcame my fear and anxiety while sitting next to her in the courtroom. She maintained the highest coordination with the opposing counsel. In Traci’s office: Every time I met her in her office, she was warm, kind, and patient. She understood my case and my (on-going separation) emotions so well and gave me valuable advice to handle my ex-spouse, which was the sanest thing possible in that situation. So she was also my personal counselor :) She genuinely cares about her clients. She's focused and passionate about her work, doing what is right and fair for all. Overall: Traci pretty much achieved everything I needed out of my divorce financially, child custody, and helped build an amazing court order. She was calm, composed and collective during the hearings we had, and she never failed or disappointed me. I felt I put my life and my daughter’s life in her hands and she took care of us all the way. I do not have enough positive words to describe what an incredible job Traci did with my case, and I truly couldn’t have gotten through this painful time of my life without her support and expertise. Alex and Sue from Traci’s legal team were prompt and went above and beyond for all my requests. 6 months post-divorce now, and I’m still trying to move on - but looking back at those dark days of divorce and child custody battles, I would have to say that Traci and her team were like the angels watching over my shoulders. October, 2016 -- A year ago, the decision to divorce was made. A friend referred me to Traci Capistrant. It was a difficult time. I immediately felt at lease with Traci. She is clear. She is highly knowledgeable. And she is very professional. During the course of the past 12 months, Traci took the reigns and executed the divorce process most effectively, keeping me fully informed every step along the way. I was so relieved! Traci did an amazing job in my case. Going through any divorce is hard - add a lot of contention, complexity and it's horrible. Having Traci as a sounding board to help provide options, possible outcomes and strategize the next steps to get to the end was priceless. She wasn't ever shy about telling me if she thought I was being unreasonable or not making the best choice. She's knowledgeable about and familiar with so many kinds of resources in the field that we used and was able to give me pros/cons of the many options so I could make informed choices about what was best for me. Traci is extremely smart, detailed, and very savvy. Always well-prepared, whether in court or for a 1:1 meeting, she can be tough when the situation merits it. One of my favorite things about Traci is the way she can often look at very creatively at the specific situation and suggest more unusual paths to resolution, which often worked much better in my case. She's also well-connected and incredibly well-respected in the community -- with lawyers, various types of mediators, judges. Her support staff was also wonderful to work with. Traci knows that every case is unique and is wonderful at tailoring her support to her client's needs.

Traci did a fantastic job representing me during a very tough time in my life. Like most divorces things can be very emotional and disruptive. Traci did a fantastic job dealing with a lot of the headaches i couldn't and simplified things to a manageable level. I am very great full of her expertise and knowledge in the matter. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. i not only would recommend her i have recommended her to a number of others.

Traci provided excellent counsel and guidance through a stressful divorce process which had a pre-nuptial agreement. She set expectations for what I would likely 'come out the other side with.' She also knows many legal professionals in town; the arbitrator she recommended was also very good. I would work with her again.
