Mr. Chaudhary has surpassed my expectations and provided open and direct access to him at all times, with quick responses even after hours and weekends. After I was charged $3500 for their services up front, there was a complete dereliction of duties. Nick lacks integrity as he forgot about two scheduled phone calls, never sent a letter that he said would be sent, and only days before my hearing he passed my case over to another attorney, Rob, in the firm, excusing himself due to another trial. He lacked the appropriate etiquette, to ask me if I was ok with the change. I was not ok with it and asked to reschedule, but they were unable to. Leading up to my hearing, I was given the number of a paralegal to talk to, instead of my attorney. The paralegal and Nick completely contradicted each other. When I was able to reach Nick, he made sure to mention that he only had 10 minutes to spend with me. Basically, Nick & Rob had no interest in understanding my concerns and my situation. They contradicted each other and that of the paralegal. Rob sent a letter to the judge, that they told me they wouldn’t send. No explanation given. I was embarrassed by the lack of knowledge Rob had in my hearing. I regret using this law firm and would not recommend.

Horrible experience with this firm. Was overcharged and charged twice for things multiple times, READ YOUR INVOICES, I’m sure I’m not the only one they have done this to. My attorney (Ashley) left their firm abruptly and I was just given to whatever attorney they had available only to be told a week later that they could no longer represent me in the midst of my custody case. #1 regret was ever retaining this firm to represent me.

I called Mr. Chaudhary to try to get immigration information regarding the steps required for a foreign national to obtain the status of legal permanent resident and subsequently, a green card. He was extremely engaged and thoughtful in giving me useful information. He then proceeded to refer me to an attorney who Mr. Chaudhary thought might have more pertinent information for my specific situation. I was very impressed. My father was and my brother is an attorney. I'm not easily impressed.

Satveer was. incredibly helpful when I was in a really sticky situation. He was calm, allowed me to describe the situation but made sure I stuck to the facts without coloring the situation with my own assumptions. He did a bit of online detective work to show me that I was nearly falling for a scam. He also appears to have strong connections with law enforcement and therefore has a good understanding of what the likely scenarios might be for a given situation. Overall he was an extremely reassuring presence and I am extremely thankful to have him as a resource. I would not hesitate to contact him again should the need arise.
