The Attorney was very kind to call me back for an issue/dillema i was facing with purchasing a property (house) on my current work visa. Max made the entire case, as well as e-filing for a separate motion easier than I could have imagined. He and his law office are extremely responsive, as well as friendly and professional. My honest review: I wanted to go with this company because of all the great reviews...maybe Satveer was having a bad day but this guy was just sooooo short with me and snappy that I chose to look elsewhere. It was extremely off putting. I ended up taking his advice but worked with another law firm. Again, he KNOWS his stuff and was very helpful with the consultation and pointing me in the right direction, but I'm not sure why he was so hostile...I chucked it up to him having a bad day or something. There must have been major miscommunication somewhere in our conversation because the way he kept responding was as if I were annoying him or not worth his time. During the zoom call, he went off screen for a little bit, came back and his whole attitude had changed. Not sure what that was about, but he seemed a little nicer going forward. Either way, his behavior in the beginning was bad enough for me to not want to proceed with his service. Free consultation or not, bad day or not, his response was just NOT a good look. I still think he would be good to work with but I just couldn't get passed the random hostility. Update: If it wasn't Zoom then it was a Microsoft Teams Call. Unfortunately, I'm positive that I have the correct law firm and person. Thank you for checking on that though!

I reached out to Xavier and his team regarding my sisters immigration case as she was detained in another state. We were told her hearing was about a week away from when I contacted Xavier. Xavier’s team was able to figure out that her hearing was actually the next day! Not only did they work on such short notice, they were able to file all the paperwork necessary to represent her for her hearing the next day. Rayeed, a lawyer that works with Xavier, was able to use his knowledge and expertise to get the lowest bond and have her released. They were readily available for my questions/concerns. I’ve worked with several attorneys and none have held up to Mr. Udoibok’s standard. Seriously, I’d recommend this attorney to Jesus if he ever needed one. It was such a pleasure to work with him in my personal matter. His strategies work and are always on point. He was respectful, timely, extremely attentive, and most importantly he represented me like I would’ve represented myself. I recognized immediately that his name applied pressure in the courtroom…. he unapologetically stands his ground and defends his clients until the very end. You won’t be disappointed.
