Chris's eagle eye attention to detail caught a defect in the initial judgement of my case. Chris initiated a 'Motion to Reconsider' to correct that defect which made a profound difference in the outcome of my case. Called this office numerous times to try to reach attorney Keyser and was not able to get in touch with him. If I’m not able to reach him as a “potential” client I can only imagine the headache it would be after I payed the retainer. The office staff seems incompetent and unorganized. How hard is it to mark a potential client for a return phone call? Very difficult apparently! If an attorney can’t answer a phone call or get back to you in a timely matter this is a good indicator to look elsewhere.
