I found Bryan Battina through a recommendation of a friend. He is professional, knowledgeable and worked with me in short notice meet a quickly approaching deadline. I would use his services again in the future if needed.

From the first consultation until the final verdict, Bryan and his team were responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Bryan personally responded to my every concern in a timely manner. He met with me helping me know what information he still needed, and applied his legal knowledge and experience to my case.

I have been with Bryan for over five years. Having nbeen in bussines for over forty years. I have spent a lot of money on legal fee's some not so good and some good outcomes and service. Not the case with Bryan he is the best I have ever worked with! He has always delivered what he said he would and when he said he would. You can't ask more than that especially with the crap shoot legal complications are. I can only say if you want what you pay for and done right the first time Bryan is the man for the job.

I was originally referred to Mr.Battina by a Lawyer whom lost my case,and I asked her to maybe refer another lawyer to me,she responded that if she lost the case nobody else would touch it ! i again asked her to ask on the lawyer internet for me and she did. Mr.Battina responded and he immedietly went to work on the appeal and won the appeal and subsequently won my case ! he worked hard without having the money until I rcvd.the money from a trust. I then turned it over to him and the rest is history . The money was important to win but having somebody stick up for my rights and win was the most important thing to me ! I have looked for other people to hire him and I will find others to hire him because I have never ever had such a gleaming lawyer I've never had a lawyer before that first one which left a very bad taste in my mouth but Mr.Battina is the best No.1 lawyer in the state !

Timely/Responsive/Accessible - When I called or emailed - he answered straight away or responded in a timely manner with the information I needed. He let me know upfront when he would not be available and the best way to communicate if necessary. He was very thorough and thoughtful in providing information and responding to requests. Astute professional. Amicable with clients. Great Lawyer. Would hire him again without hesitation.

The Person who scored well on the SAT may not necessarily be the best doctor, businessman, or lawyer. Or the best man for the job. These tests do not measure charector, leadership, creativity, perseverance and loyalty. Bryan has a great court room presence and is a commanding advocate in the court room. Very impressive, I would not hesitate referring him, look no further, he is the man for the job.
