Very troubling times have yet to be resolved but Martine law has talked me through a great deal of misery super excellent. Contacted this law firm and with in hours was speaking to Xavier Martine personally. Truly excellent. If your ever in a difficult situation call Martine law they are the best for a reason

After I was charged $3500 for their services up front, there was a complete dereliction of duties. Nick lacks integrity as he forgot about two scheduled phone calls, never sent a letter that he said would be sent, and only days before my hearing he passed my case over to another attorney, Rob, in the firm, excusing himself due to another trial. He lacked the appropriate etiquette, to ask me if I was ok with the change. I was not ok with it and asked to reschedule, but they were unable to. Leading up to my hearing, I was given the number of a paralegal to talk to, instead of my attorney. The paralegal and Nick completely contradicted each other. When I was able to reach Nick, he made sure to mention that he only had 10 minutes to spend with me. Basically, Nick & Rob had no interest in understanding my concerns and my situation. They contradicted each other and that of the paralegal. Rob sent a letter to the judge, that they told me they wouldn’t send. No explanation given. I was embarrassed by the lack of knowledge Rob had in my hearing. I regret using this law firm and would not recommend.

Horrible experience with this firm. Was overcharged and charged twice for things multiple times, READ YOUR INVOICES, I’m sure I’m not the only one they have done this to. My attorney (Ashley) left their firm abruptly and I was just given to whatever attorney they had available only to be told a week later that they could no longer represent me in the midst of my custody case. #1 regret was ever retaining this firm to represent me.

Was not able to take my case but recommended a lawyer that had time for my case load! Thank you so much!!
