Facing a potential life altering incident to which i was completely guilty. Joel guided me through this last 6 months with hope. Having 8 of the 10 charges against me dropped; avoiding jail; and the ability to save my job has blown me away! i would recommend him to anyone who has made a stupid mistake and wants a second chance!

Mr. Gephart was always there for me. A year long case and Joel never let me down. Mr. Gephart achieved the best results for me. Results I never thought I could have gotten in my case. With skill, experience and in depth knowledge, Joel guided me to a successful resolution. Joel's fees are fair and competitive and worth every bit. There were times when Mr. Gephart put forth extra effort for me, however when I offered to extend his fee for the extra work, he would not take it. I liked the fact that Joel loves to win. Resourceful and competent describes his practice. If ever needed again, Mr. Gephart will be representing me.

I worked with Joel over a period of several years on four separate (but related) legal engagements. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. I was being harassed by someone excessively and with Joel's help, I got a restraining order against them. Then this person filed some erroneous accusations at me in an attempt at retaliation. With the help of evidence in my favor and Joel's diligence, the petition was dropped completely. He always answered and returned my calls in a timely manner and always told me the truth, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Joel. Not only is he an exceptional attorney with great skills, he also has reasonable pricing and is very fair.
