If i can give less one star i would do it. First of all he has no time for new clients and delayed the filling for 6 weeks which made my X kidnapping the kids and give them Trauma. Didn’t answer emergency calls on time at least if he was busy with courts he would act like professional and let one of his paralegals follow up on the situation. Asked not to pay transportation for my X and still he decided to make me pay it. ( even if it was according to his experience he didn’t explain i was just forced) Asked million times to be copied in any communications with the my X lawyer and never did. I don’t even trusted him for the confidentiality.

Great outstanding and representation in my case and settlement. Expertise, commitment and dedication in achieving an outcome that was satisfactory.

We hired Michael after a year of back and forth with my custody case, he has been amazing since the first day, working tirelessly for us, and our case. I recently took an Assets and Debts class for Paralegals through the Institute for Paralegal Education (IPE). Mr. Fink taught two (2) topics within the class in regard to QDROs and Retirement Plans and Drafting Property Division Spreadsheets and Marital Settlement Agreements. I found the information Mr. Fink presented on retirement accounts and defined contribution plans to be very informative and extremely helpful. I am a Paralegal who has worked in family law for over 10.5 years. In addition to drafting pleadings, I also draft Pre-Hearing Statements, Marital Settlement Agreements, responses to discovery requests and assist parties with the QDRO process. A few days after our class concluded I reached out to Mr. Fink as I was eager to learn more about the organizational spreadsheets he shared during our class. I was pleased to receive a comprehensive response within a couple of hours of my email. I look forward to applying my knowledge on the division of marital assets/debts from the information I received during Mr. Fink's class.

When I first called Mike the prior law firm representing me said that as a father, one overnight a week was a “win” for my son who’s a year old. I refused to believe that was true and when I called Mike he agreed. I instantly switched console over to Mr. Fink and instantly saw a difference in representation. Michael is knowledgeable about all aspects of family law and knows the system. Most importantly, Michael is completely current on statutory and case law. At one point, the opposing party's attorney cited a family law statute that was replaced by a different statute 15 years ago. I was actually embarrassed for the other party and I was so glad Michael was my attorney.

I was falsely charged with an OFP case by my spouse. I hired Mr. Fink on short notice. He was professional, had a full grasp of the law and represented me with substance and integrity. The OFP was dismissed and we prevailed. Good Job!

I’ve been in the court system for around 3 years now and Michael has been my lawyer through it all. He’s taken care my struggles to get parenting time, helped with getting me a break in child support due to my circumstances, and the most important part he got me an evidentiary hearing. Michael is very experienced and will fight for you in court. I just finished my last hearing for establishing a change in custody due to meeting a threshold and Michael was fantastic in the court room and due to his diligence on my case he was able to get me an evidentiary hearing. I’ve tried other lawyers before Michael and I will tell you that if you want to be represented correctly you need to call him as soon as possible. I can’t thank Michael enough for everything he was able to do as I was not able to see my son for years before he got involved. Please learn from my mistakes and hire him instead of wasting thousands of dollars on other lawyers!

My Fiancé and I had just split up. I was already heartbroken and then, WHAM! I was served an Order for Protection. It was full of false accusations, but, I was scared. I was embarrassed. I was worried about what people would think, and worst of all, I had no idea what to do. So, I got ahold of Michael Fink. We went to court and wewon. OFP lifted, case dismissed. I'd recommend him to someone based on that alone. However, and I think this is more important than his court room performance, Michael Fink was there for me when I needed support and guidance. I was going through the worst period of my life. I was stressed out. I couldn't sleep. I was an absolute wreck. But, there was Michael Fink inspiring confidence, imparting wisdom, and reassuring me. He was in my corner throughout the whole ordeal. He took my side and he fought for me. He is exactly the person you want on your corner- in and out of the court room, he knows exactly what to say.
