Peter was recommended to me by a friend of mine who went to law school with him because "he is the best that there is." She was 100% correct! I had been unjustly terminated from a job and Peter was very warm, compassionate and supportive about my situation. But even more than that he was realistic about my options and gave me expert legal advise on how to move forward. Peter was sensitive to the realities of my financial situation and gave me great options to reduce my expenses in working with him while still getting excellent legal counsel. Peter creatively partnered with me to get my needs met and was compassionate and caring about my situation. There was a very tight deadline in my case and I know based on his emails that he was working on my case nights and weekends to get the work accomplished on time. I know that because of Peter's skills and legal counsel I was able to prevail in the investigation and professionally clear my name. Because of Peter's successful efforts to clear my professional reputation I was able to find a higher paying job that is a better professional fit within two months. In addition, his work allowed me to successfully win my unemployment claim, awarding me a lump sum of several thousand dollars. I cannot thank Peter enough for his support and for him saving my career. Peter was a strong advocate who achieved highly successful results for me. He rapidly analyzed the complex issues of my case and strategized a results-oriented game plan. He was fearless and assertive, never intimidated by my iconically aggressive Fortune 10 employer. While confidently pursuing his case strategy, he set clear expectations about the risks and probable outcomes. He counseled me throughout the actual evaluations, which enabled me to navigate the ordeal with a semblance of calm and assurance. He was unexpectedly empathic. Peter not only delivered results, but ensured that the relationship with my former employer remained in friendly terms. Most importantly, Peter provided me with options, carefully walking me through the viability and expected probability of success of each one, as opposed to offering a boilerplate approach. I would recommend Peter on the merits of his experience alone, however, in my case, he went beyond that, and delivered quality, securing a fair resolution to my case, while ensuring that no bridges were burned.

I am an independent contractor - commissioned sales rep - and wanted advice about choice of law and where would be the best location to file a lawsuit for unpaid commissions. Craig helped me by analyzing my potential claim and the applicabilty of Minnesota laws to my case. Specifically, he addressed the Minnesota Termination of Sales Representatives Act and Minnesota Statutes 181.145 as it might apply to a contractor not located in or having territory including Minnesota (the company not paying commissions is located in MN). He was able to boild down a stack of paperwork to the most important details in a very short period of time. Craig was honest, clear, puctual and truly had my best interests in mind during our meetings. The entire staff, especially Kelly Fiege, were very helpful and supportive. I recommend Craig for any contract or commision related dispute that a person may have.
