The USCIS sent me strict requirements for a simple work permit application for which I was already qualified. Also, the requirements were discretionary that left me clueless how to respond. Attorney Satveer Chaudhary took it head on from his Minneapolis office, and got me approved immediately. The response required thinking of and collecting documentation for which I had no idea. Satveer guided me every step of the way. Then, with those documents he made the proper legal arguments in my favor. I am confident these two efforts combined lead to the approval! I’m also quite impressed Chaudhary was almost always available to talk directly (not his staff), and sometimes even on weekends. Good luck talking directly to your lawyer these days! This was really a best effort I could not have asked more!

We had a great experience working with Satveer Chaudhary on my spouse's visa change of status process from J2 to F1. Satveer was. incredibly helpful when I was in a really sticky situation. He was calm, allowed me to describe the situation but made sure I stuck to the facts without coloring the situation with my own assumptions. He did a bit of online detective work to show me that I was nearly falling for a scam. My wife and i worked with Satveer after our marriage to file for the Green Card. Satveer was referred by a close friend who is a well respected judge in my city and we therefore had very high expectations of him. Satveer went above and beyond and made the Green Card process very smooth. I have worked with several other attorneys while filing for my H1B and responding to RFPs in the past and the Green Card process was the smoothest by far and a lot of credit for that goes to Satveer. I am Indian & my wife is American. Satveer took the time to explain the process, time lines and minute details with both me and my wife. On our consultative call, he paid careful attention to my wife's body language and made sure that we were bringing her along in the process and answering all of her question. Satveer exhibited a great deal of self-awareness, understanding and empathy through these actions and these values were very important for us while selecting the right lawyer. Once we signed the retainer with Satveer, he sent us a very detailed list of documents to compile and forms to fill out. The list was so extensive and detailed that we had to dedicate several weekends to compile them. We have no regrets in doing so! The extensive up-front work we put in, enabled Satveer to build and submit a solid case on our behalf. We submitted our application on 1st April 2021 and had our interview 25th April 2021. Our case was so well put together that our interview only lasted about 5 minutes.
