Wyatt Arneson is a one of a kind person. Someone that truly cares about people. Being a former prosecutor and turning to defense tells you he really wants to help people. This also gives him an edge to see both sides. He also keeps his prices more than fair. The reason why I initially chose him was his honesty about why he charges what he does. Most DWI cases are straight forward and usually have the same outcomes. He sets proper expectations that usually turn out for the better. Which makes a person's heart soar when it comes out better than expected. The beginning of my process was pre COVID shut downs, but then went into the thick of it. Court dates pushed back and uncertainty of the sentencing was nerve racking at first. But Wyatt was always there to put me at ease and reassure me that everything was going to be alright.
