Phil did an excellent job of explaining every detail in terms I could understand. Reading the pamphlet he provided after the consultation, helped clarify the difference between a will and a trust. The whole process was really easy and all of the steps were explained in detail. Gave the pros and cons of both a will and revocable trust - ended up going with a trust since it made more sense for me in my situation.
