Philip Ruce is a top-notch attorney in creating a trust. He explained everything in detail to me. He made sure I understood the difference between trust, wills, & probate process. He respected my wishes for my trust, health care directive, & power of attorney. He offered examples & suggestions that were very helpful. I would & will recommend him to family & friends. Phil was very thorough in explaining difference between a Will and a Trust (revocable or irrevocable), the processes he handles and what I was expected to do. Listening and answering questions was a priority. All of this was completed in a timely manner.

I met with Phil to redo my will and trust and I was more than impressed. He went through everything slowly and clearly and with a friendly attitude and even helped to give me slight suggestions . . He is truly on top of his game and very much seemed interested in making sure that I was taken care of and happy with the end result.
