It was great working with Philip! He explained everything very clearly, and even made what I generally think of as a boring topic quite interesting. Throughout the entire process, he made sure we fully understood everything we were doing, and stopped frequently to ask us if we had questions. In the end he provided us with a very carefully organized binder of information which spelled out everything we did. Plus, he was completely up front about the costs of various options we considered.
