We had been putting off our estate planning for years. We finally went ahead with things and Tony was extremely helpful. We had lots of questions and he was able to walk us through everything. I would highly recommend him.

Rory was very professional and thorough and worked closely with our financial advisor to craft our “best” Trust and pour over wills. We feel confident and comfortable with the end results.

The admin and lawyer team at Stone Arch was thorough, thoughtful, and professional as we helped our relative renew and update his power of attorney and health care directive forms. They took the time to ask the right questions and really listen to his answers to discern what was important to him and what he truly wanted. Overall, the process felt efficient, but not like cookie cutter, one size fits all service. I'd recommend working with the Stone Arch team!

I worked with Stone Arch for both my father’s probate and my personal trust. Can’t recommend this firm enough. Their communication is excellent and they were wonderful to work with for both of my needs.

After a promising initial meeting with Leina Holte at Stone Arch Law about our son's Supplemental Needs Trust and our Wills, we decided to sign a contract with her. To our dismay, things went downhill very fast from there. First, we received the initial drafts of our documents for review weeks after that meeting instead of "in just a few days" as Leina had promised. Upon first glance, we were shocked to see names referenced in documents that were not even our family members! We were furious: How hard is it to copy and paste? How hard is it to double-check that the correct names are listed in the documents that your law firm is charging almost $5,000 to produce? Also, the initial drafts didn't even contain the additional information which Leina had specifically requested and which we had supplied via email several days before. Ultimately, we ended up having to go through each page of each document ourselves, listing all the errors, omissions, and inconsistencies that we found. We submitted our list to Leina even citing the page numbers and sections where the corrections were needed. Unfortunately, even that was not enough to get us back on track. In fact, it got worse. Leina did not send the final copies of our documents for review until the night before our "signing" day. Not surprisingly, more corrections were needed and the meeting had to be canceled and rescheduled. Fortunately for us, Leina had a scheduling conflict and had to hand-off our "signing" meeting to one of her colleagues, who did a nice job. Obviously, we are very disappointed with the (lack of) service received from Leina Holte and would not recommend her. While she was apologetic about the poor service we were receiving, like any lawyer, she never admitted guilt.
