When I was rear-ended on 94 my day went from driving to work in stop and go traffic to an afternoon in the ER. I was in pain, scared and really angry. The next day I contacted Rachel and I couldn’t have made a better decision. Rachel made sure I understood my rights to medical care and confronted my insurance company when they were making things difficult. Advocating for me in those instances insured that my recovery stayed on track and took away the worry about the medical costs. Nobody can do your physical therapy or rehab for you but the settlement she negotiated for me made up for some of the pain, worry and lost pay. I’m working on getting back in shape and starting to feel whole again. Rachel and her staff were very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. I really appreciate the thoughtful, assertive and yet (I felt) highly ethical representation.
