Pedestrian accident, settled out of court. He got a good cut of money, but that's the price of using a good attorney. No amount of money is enough for the lifetime injury I have, but Attorney Milavetz's caring and professionalism made the experience as painless as possible. Alan was very uncaring and all business. He didn't care that there was alot going on with family right at the moment. His sympathy seemed cold to say the least. I thought that he could have gotten me more money for my case, but took the easy way out stating it would cost 20k to go to court so I should just settle and take the money. It seemed like they were always looking for easy cash. I did 90% of the work in my case and when all the bills are paid I might get less than half of the settlement. That is terrible because I was the one with all the pain and suffering and scars .

As an attorney I know that if you try to represent yourself you have a fool for a client. When I got injured in an accident I had Alan and his investigator, Pat, help me every step of the way. Even though I was familiar with the process they still took the time to explain what was going on at each point of my case. When it was time to settle my case or go to trial they took the time to guide me to a successful outcome that I could understand. Avoiding trial and getting a good settlement was worth the time, effort and fees involved. I have since referred several cases to Alan, and every case was handled with great personal care and consideration. I would encourage anyone with a legal matter to get the legal advice necessary to help with any type of case. Alan, and his firm and staff will get the job done right.
