When I was injured at work, I initially thought I could handle the workers compensation claim. I quickly discovered this was not the case and hired Conrad with Lemmon and Tanasychuk to represent me. It was the best decision I made. Conrad listened to me, presented the facts of my claim, and continually guided me through the process, explaining each step thoroughly, keeping me updated throughout the process. I appreciated his communication and honest feedback. I always knew where my case stood, and if I did not understand what was happening, he took the time to make sure I understood. I hired Beth Barbosa, Esq. for a child custody and divorce matter. She is an attorney of integrity and character. She was caring and went the extra mile to explain the process and how the legal system worked as I went through both matters. She made follow up calls when needed and made herself available to answer my questions or concerns when not in trial or attending to other clients. Many work comp insurers will bully you and will withhold any benefits that they can from you simply because you don't know the complex laws and what you're​ actually entitled to. This makes your recovery such a gut wrenching, stressful time being burdened with so many uncertainties. But trust me, this won't happen if you have Denise representing you. You'll sleep well at night. She has been a hero to my family and I on multiple occasions over the course of a decade. It's extremely comforting to know that she's always just a phone call away! Denise is very professional, responsive and easy going! She worked with me on a work comp case and helped me win a nice settlement. More importantly she was able to get my back surgery covered. After 10 years of being in pain, I am a new person! Even after the settlement she was always available to answer questions and give advice. Denise was also working with me on a disability claim for a separate issue which I was able to abort due to changes in my health. She was thrilled for me!
