I would never hire Rachel, unless you want to be taken for all possible billable hours she can create! During my case, there was a huge delay response times, no urgency to complete the case and failure to follow basic disclosure practices. This breakdown in ethical legal practices, cost myself and the other party way more money than was necessary. She refused to disclose basic information and would only agree to negotiate the case in mediation. She even said (jokingly) in the mediation session, "you can thank me by paying me." She came across as being completely insensitive to the case and was working on other material during the mediation. At one point she had to ask to be caught up on the conversation after being asked a question by the mediator. Unfortunately, some lessons have to be learned the hard way.
