Steve and his staff have been wonderful to work with. never did i have to wait for more than 3 or4 hours for a response to a question . hopefully no need but if so i would surely call him again

I have had the pleasure of knowing Steve Terry himself for the almost 12 years from serving with him on the MADD MN State Advisory Board. Shortly after signing the purchase agreement for our home the seller attempted to unilaterally change the terms of the contract. Bryan Huntington and Larkin Hoffman helped us resolve the situation quickly and also helped us navigate a tense a situation with a disgruntled holdover tenant. With Bryan's guidance we were able to resolve both of these situations and come to fair and agreeable terms with all parties involved. Bryan and the other staff at Larkin Hoffman made us feel like we were their only client, they were quick to respond, honest and knowledge about our options and seemed to genuinely have out best interests at heart. Of course we hope we won't need their services again, but wouldn't hesitate to retain them if we do. I highly recommend them!

After a slip and fall at the end of 2019 that required surgery with screws and a plate I reached out to the property owner for info on their insurance to help with medical bills.
