PHONIES. False advertising.

I was injured in an auto accident with the other driver totally at fault. Needing an attorney, I reviewed multiple law firms, wanting the best possible representation. Rich Ruohonen's work stood out, and the accolades and awards he has received from other lawyers and his clients assured me that I was getting the best. Rich's work in representing me was top notch, and he dug for every legal advantage in settling my case. He ran rings around the attorney for the defendant, and it became apparent that not only was he much more familiar with case law and statutes than they were, but he was able to use that knowledge as leverage to put them at a distinct disadvantage in negotiating the settlement. Then he followed up with a claim against my insurance company, who had been less than supportive. That resulted in another large setttlement. In the end, I could not have been happier with Rich's work and with the settlements I received. Rich always responded when I contacted him with questions or concerns. He kept me fully informed as we moved through the settlement process, always fully answering my questions and ensuring that I was comfortable with the decisions we made. The fees for his work were straight-forward, exactly as we had agreed upon, and with no 'phantom' charges. On top of all this, he's a really nice guy. Throw out all your lawyer jokes - they just don't apply. Highly recommended.

The Attorneys and staff are professional, respectful, and provide you with all the information you need. If you have been injured by an irresponsible person, there no need to contact another firm. They pursue justice and a good and fair outcome for you. They don't stop until they do this for you!

Steve Terry and Chuck Slane believed in my case. They said it would be a difficult case as I had a stroke in 2013. They had to both learn all about Aphasia, and they did. They told their teams that when I called, to give me time to speak and to respond, and they did and it was much appreciated. They kept me informed all the way along so I knew what was happening and when. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of both cases. They treated me with the utmost respect. They went above and beyond my expectations. I will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

I worked with Rich and his team on a personal injury case. Being in a car accident was devastating, but I was completely put at ease while working with Rich. He visited me in my home, he knew all of the next steps, he helped with me my recovery. He's more than a lawyer. His team is kind, compassionate, caring, and competent. I felt like I had the best team working for my best interests. We reached a successful outcome, and I now consider Rich my family lawyer - a lawyer I hope I will never have to use again. However, there is some sense of relief knowing I know who to turn to when life gives you the most to handle.
