Erick is a great attorney

TSR Injury were always there for me and were very reliable. I had the pleasure of working with Rick and Rich, who both were very professional and always put my needs and concerns first. I have and will again recommend this law firm to my friends and family.

TSR was my chosen legal team to battle my insurance company and three defendants in a complicated two accident case. Although the accidents were completely not my fault, my insurance company Sentry Insurance, and the defendants insurance company, Acuity Insurance did not want to pay the state mandated minimum medical expenses or any medical costs resulting from the accidents. After seven years of pain, and 2 very difficult 4 level / 5 cervical vertebrae fusion operations, and $250,000 in medical expenses, it was time for a court trial. Following a lengthy and complicated full Jury trial, the Jury awarded me $600,000. I highly recommend the entire TSR team and Attorney Nate Bjerke!

Rich from TSR helped us understand the whole process that we were going through with our case. He was very responsive with his communication. He made everything go as smoothly as possible and really cared about us and what we were going through.

First of all I need to thank TSR Injury Law. I am totally convinced that the insurance companies would have left me a bunch of bills if I would not of had representation. Steve. Rich and the rest of the staff literally took care of everything. The insurance company refused to negotiate and I was extremely concerned all the hospital and Doctor bills would not be covered. All of a sudden Rich went to court and got a ruling, the insurance company settled within a week. Without out TSR I am sure this would either still be going on or even worst . Once again THANK YOU. I hope I never need your services again but if a situation ever occurred that I did I would go directly back to TSR Injury Law. They did me right.

I hired Steve Terry and from day one he hasn't done nothing for me or my family. He never returns phone calls and he is very rude. I wish me and my family would have meet with him first caus we would have never hired this law firm. Nate was the first lawyer we meet with and he was really good and cared but than the case was put with Steve Terry what a mistake. He is rude and has no heart. He gave us a mobile chiropractor that came to are house and when the chiropractor found out the guy that hit us didn't have a lot of insurance than he stopped coming. We where at 3 days a week and than boom nothing and this is Steve Terry chiropractor that works just for him. That seems real fishy. And Steve terry has done nothing on are cases and it seems that he doesn't give a dam unless the people have a big case. DON'T USE THIS LAW FIRM THEY ARE NOT HERE TO HELP YOU AT ALL. BEWARE
