I would highly recommend Ben Wagner and the tax professionals at Wagner Tax Law. As a Realtor, I have worked with Ben for 15+ years seeking his tax advice for our home sellers who may have tax liens on their properties, or other tax related concerns. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.

Before I was referred to Wagner Tax Law, I visited with a couple of CPA's and a few lawyers as I was facing a substantial judgement. Based on my situation, not one of the firms I shared my story was willing to even attempt to give me any inkling of "a shot" that my case had a chance. Ben not only provided some positive feedback, he cited cases that were similar to mine and actually gave me hope. Ben and his team were very sensitive to financial considerations and did not communicate more than needed. They were efficient with what they required and thorough with each step.
