I was referred to Bruce, by a friend. Bruce was always available to answer any of my questions, which I had a lot. He would even answer his phone on the weekends, without hesitation. He would lay out, step by step the settlement and arbitration process, which calmed my anxiety tremendously. After everything was all said and done, my medical bills were paid entirely and I was even able to take home a check for the pain and suffering that I went through, because of my accident. I have to admit, I'm 100% satisfied with the work Bruce has done and I would recommend him to anyone that has been in an accident. I promise you, you will not regret it.

I walk in a car accident and a friend referred me to Bruce. Long story short. I was to receive a settlement of $8000.00. Knowing he would take 33.3% and he then said would be taking $1800.00 for other fees. He then let's me know my check is in and after all said and done I get $2700.00. I will never recommend him to anyone. He will nickel and dime you.

Bruce Gershman handled a personal injury case for my daughter a few years ago. He answered all of our questions. He was very personable and took charge of everything for us.
