My experience working with Fields Law Firm was God sent. I previous had a work comp injury at my job which led on to other health issues I called Fields Law Firm .Just For questions picked the number out of the phone book not knowing this will be the Law Firm too represent me. I talk with a paralegal name Kim who is brilliant there is not enough words that I could put in here to describe her after the call we continued to talk frequently we built a relationship it was just conversation someone to listen understand what you were going threw and knowing your pain at this point my employer denied my claim for carpal tunnel release surgery this is when I decided on having Fields Law Firm represent me. I met with Blake my attorney very nice soft-spoken gentlemen one thing that I really liked about Blake was he asks me what do I want. and it was my decision. Whatever decision that was he would fight for that.we then met several times agreed on what was best and then he made it happen everything worked out I felt like I knew this Team forever that's the relationship that you get. From the first phone call this is why I say it was God sent This is a great Team of people Thank you

I was denied short term disability and retained Fields law firm to represent me in my appeal case. Michael Kemmitt and his staff did a great job in gathering the information that was needed and keeping me updated on the process. I was getting long term disability through Prudential due to Multiple Sclerosis. After two years Prudential somehow made the decision that I could work again, although all my doctors strongly advised against it. As soon as I called Fields Law Firm, I felt relieved. Everyone I spoke with was professional, compassionate, and efficient. My lawyer was Zach, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was very thorough reviewing my records, and wrote things into the appeal even I had forgotten. I quickly received a favorable response on my appeal. I would recommend Zach and paralegal Samantha to anyone.

My experience was really good with the law firm. I not only got my case handled but got more than expected out of it. I needed help in a sticky situation and was so overwhelmed. They were by my side and very good at explaining what to expect. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because there were points where we didn't have contact for a while and I was unsure what was going on during that time. A quick phone call fixed that easily though. I would definitely recommend taking your case to them.

My personal struggle in the Work Comp system lasted for 2.5 years!! Without the step by step guidance and counsel from Zach Schmoll and all of Fields staff I would have pulled my hair out long ago. Even though I have never seen any of the attorneys at their office, because I don't live in their geographic area; I never had an issue getting a question answered or a callback in response to my voicemails.
