Derrick Williams with Fields Law Firm was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was kept informed of every step through the process of my law suit. He suggested different avenues to take when the opposition kept denying my claim. Derrick was persistent and in the end was able to have the opposition come to a compromise and I was awarded a settlement. Excellent

They were very nice, but did not cover everything like they should of. The fees that I asked about and was told were all part of the service, was not. Instead of 1/3, it was closer to 1/2. I did most of the work getting medical records. But they were nice and easy to deal with. Glad it is over.

I recently was approved for disability payments on our first try. I was told that normally you get denied your first request for benefits, but Fields law firm was with me every step of the way and as I stated we were successful. Then they explained the decision and steps I will need to take going forward and overall a very positive experience

Fields law firm assisted me Ian obtaining my award do to me through CIGNA. They did what I could not do and were able to achieve X excess full resolution.

Merrick Williams and Crea have been wonderful to work with. They have sped the process up by getting forms to me quicker than SSA does and they review them before they are submitted so I'm confident everything is filled out correctly. They take out a lot of the guess work and frustration. It's unfortunate that I had to use them in the first place but I'm really glad I went with Fields Law.

I looked online nationwide and was fortunate to find Fields Law firm. I consulted with two other law firms, however, after speaking to a representative at Fields I decided to choose them afterward. I spoke to a paralegal named Lindsey, and I was glad how friendly she was over the phone. She is very professional and was very patient with me. I then spoke to my now Atty. Mark and I am very thankful for how easy he was to talk to as well. He explained the claim process very thoroughly while making me feel comfortable. I felt like I was speaking to a friend and not an attorney. Mark is awesome at keeping me updated on the status of my claim. He gives me good advice and encourages me to make certain I am getting proper treatment for my disability. He asks for very minimal information from me as they do most of the leg work which I very much appreciate. Lindsey and Mark are always available whenever I have questions and both are very quick to respond. I am very pleased with the service they have provided thus far, so I already recommended them to a friend.
