Zach did an excellent job!

Zach Schmoll has been in charge of my work comp case for about the last year. I can’t say enough how smooth and easy this process was. He’s been super friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to messages/inquires. (Even on weekends!) I really felt like I had an advocate to help guide me through this uncomfortable situation. All of my bills have been paid and I just received my settlement. I HIGHLY recommend Fields for anyone looking for representation.

I highly recommend Fields Law Firm for help with both Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability cases. Merrick Williams and Kim Barnes did an excellent job representing me after I was injured on the job and couldn't work. Even though the injury happened at work the insurance company was doing everything it could to stop my Workers Compensation benefits that I so desperately needed. Merrick and Kim navigated through this process,  successfully fought for me and won my case! Immediately following this, Crea Lewis assisted me with applying for Social Security Disability. This can be a long, painstakingly difficult process and Crea successfully worked between the SSA and myself and I was approved in a much shorter time frame than I anticipated. The work Fields Law Firm has done for me has changed my life. I don't know what I would have done without them and I am and will always be truly grateful!

Fields Law Firm is great. Patrick Kramer, my lawyer, is fantastic. He and his legal assistant Samantha K. have handled my case for several years. They have kept me informed every step of the way. They are both easy to contact. I have both of their phone numbers and email addresses and they respond promptly to any messages I leave. Without their help I would not have been able to get the disability company to fulfill their promises. It is a relief to leave all the dealings with the disability insurance company in their hands.

I cant address how strongly I feel about these guys. After being injured at work my employer not only denied that the incident took place at work but also threatened to have his attorneys tear me apart. What started out to be a scary experience turned out to be relatively stress free. Zach took care of me and got me an outcome I was happy with. He also made sure to take time to explain things to me and didnt treat me as a number. After calling a year later with a few questions he knew who I was and again gave me his time.
